Empowering Mental Wellness

Understanding mental health is crucial in today's fast-paced world. By providing support, we empower individuals to thrive, not just survive.

Philosophy

This is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe healing happens through a personal connection. My approach to therapy is built on three core pillars: equity, empathy, and trust. I offer care that is culturally informed, deeply personal, and nonjudgmental, because your story, background, and emotions truly matter. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish to ensure care is accessible and culturally responsive. Together we will work towards healing in a way that feels authentic and meaningful to you.

Equity – Everyone deserves access to compassionate, high-quality care. I respect and honor each person’s unique experiences, cultural background, and personal journey. Whether you're navigating life transitions, stress, or mental health challenges, I ensure that therapy is tailored to your needs because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Empathy – You deserve to be understood, not judged. I strive to create a space where you can express yourself openly, knowing that I will listen with care. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at your own pace.

Trust – A strong therapeutic relationship is built on trust. You should feel safe, respected, and supported as we work together. Whether we’re challenging negative thought patterns, building coping strategies, or simply talking through life’s complexities, I want you to know you’re not alone in this.

Modalities

I rely on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and coping skills, Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT) to process and heal from past experiences, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to help clients manage and overcome symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients develop psychological flexibility and live in alignment with their values, and Narrative Therapy to explore and reframe the personal stories that shape their identities. My approach is grounded in proven techniques that empower clients to take meaningful steps toward growth and change.

If you’re navigating the weight of trauma, PTSD, anxiety, or depression. You're likely carrying more than your share and you're ready for something to change. You're not alone, and healing is possible.

I offer a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that’s rooted in trust, collaboration, and real connection. This isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice, it's about creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported as you work through the hard stuff.

As a first-generation Mexican American, I recognize how culture, family history, and systemic challenges shape our emotional and mental health. I’m committed to supporting BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and first-generation communities as they navigate the nuanced intersections of identity, belonging, and lived experience.

Together, we’ll unpack the layers of your story, explore what’s holding you back, and gently move toward relief, confidence, and greater emotional freedom. My goal is to help you feel more like you again grounded, whole, and empowered.

Schedule your consultation

Before we begin therapy, I invite you to schedule a free 30-minute consultation. Consultations are an important first step because they give you space to ask questions, explore your options, and determine whether we’re the right fit before starting therapy. This process helps ensure that your care feels comfortable, supportive, and aligned with your needs. Taking that first step toward healing and growth is powerful, and I’m here to make it easier.

I offer flexible scheduling to meet you where you are. Whether you’re ready to dive in or simply exploring your options. I provide online therapy for teens and adults across Seattle and throughout Washington State, with services available in both English and Spanish.

I accept Premera and LifeWise insurance plans. To make care more accessible, I also offer a sliding scale based on financial need and can provide superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

This consultation is a supportive space for us to connect, answer your questions, and see if working together feels right. Let’s find a time that works for you. Your journey starts here.
